Public Procurement Law Congress took place on 29-30 June 2021
The third Public Procurement Law Congress, between 29-30 June 2021, was held online due to COVID restrictions. The Congress brought together many prominent practitioners of public procurement law for several rounds of academic and professional presentations and debates.
Founder of Toprak Law, Atty. Eren Toprak (PhD), also contributed to the discussions with a presentation titled “An Evaluation of Recent Council of State Decisions Related to Prohibition from Public Tenders”. His presentation will be published in the upcoming publication that will include all presentations delivered at the Congress.
