The Public Procurement Authority announced the rescission of Board Decision no. 2020/Dk.D-58 of 05.03.2020, which ruled that contractors would not be granted proof of work certificates for contracts that were annulled and terminated. This change came into effect via Board Decision no. 2021/DK.D-48 of 03.03.2021.
