French Council of State Takes Key Decision on Indemnification for the Administration’s Failure to Provide Adequate Services
The French Council of State convicted the administration to pay indemnification, in a full remedy action brought against the administration on the grounds of service failure which caused air pollution. The Council, which took into consideration the recent precautions taken by the administration, ruled that the public service provided by the administration fell short from being adequately efficient.
