Public Procurement Board rescinds the “List of Services that are Exempt from Abnormally Low Tender Inquiries”.
In a public announcement, the Turkish Public Procurement Authority informed that the Public Procurement Board Decision no. 2020/DK.D-56 of 05/03/2020 on “List of Services that are Exempt Abnormally Low Tender Inquiries” has been rescinded as of 20 December 2021.
This means that, starting from 20 December 2021, all service tenders, regardless of the type of tender, will be subject to the rules laid down in the Service Procurement Tender Implementing Directive.
